Sistem Informasi Beban Kerja dan Laporan Kinerja Dosen Berbasis Web
Abstrak
Beban Kerja Dosen (BKD) dan Laporan Kinerja Dosen (LKD) merupakan gambaran pengukuran pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Dosen pada setiap semester. Pengisian BKD-LKD di Universitas Negeri Manado hingga awal semester genap tahun ajaran 2019-2020 masih menggunakan aplikasi berbasis desktop yang belum terintegrasi, sehingga prosedur penilaiannya belum bisa dijalankan secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi pengisian dan pemeriksaan BKD-LKD berbasis web yang bisa memudahkan dalam penginputan beban kerja dan laporan kinerja dosen. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode penelitian yaitu model Prototype yang terdiri dari tahap mendengarkan pelanggan, membangun/memperbaiki prototipe, pelanggan menguji coba. Pengujian sistem ini menggunakan metode pengujian blackbox.
